The Talent & Culture Coordinator will support the Talent & Culture Manager in managing the Talent & Culture Department. This involves ensuring the effective implementation of policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- To implement in-house rules and regulations among ambassadors.
- To maintain current ambassador records and files.
- To support the administration of the ambassador performance appraisal system and contract preparation.

- To ensure ambassador facilities are clean and well-maintained.
- To coordinate ambassador communication efforts.
