The ideal candidate will manage aftersales operations, ensuring seamless integration of Autoline systems and optimizing service efficiency within the dealership. Key responsibilities include overseeing aftersales operations using BMW Autoline Drive, ensuring efficient service bookings and invoicing, analyzing aftermarket performance data to enhance customer service, training and supporting dealership staff on Autoline processes and best practices, maintaining compliance with BMW standards and operational procedures, and collaborating with technical and sales teams to improve customer retention.
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a strong understanding of service operations and customer management, as well as technical proficiency in Autoline Drive software.
