Job Overview

The Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales function, ensuring seamless daily operations and maintaining strong relationships with clients. They will represent the company's image while achieving all sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Encourage teamwork among team members to develop professional relationships with designated users and contractors.
  • Enhance collaboration with the Proposals Department to ensure timely quotations submission according to company policies.
  • Supervise Sales engineers in following up with contractors for allocated quotations.
  • Achieve all sales targets by closing deals and selling products with team members.
  • Review and evaluate sales visits to customers and end users to ensure their requirements are met to satisfaction.
  • Review sales results with the Area Sales Manager monthly and report actions taken to rectify adverse variances.
  • Review and supervise weekly sales visit reports to update and discuss future course of action with all team members.
  • Regularly review CRM data.
Customer Satisfaction
  • Ensure all customers receive professional treatment and are satisfied with Sales Services.
  • Attend to customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
  • Control and supervise sales engineers' follow-ups with customers on quoted jobs and provide feedback.
Leadership
  • Lead all Sales team members to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage, supervise, and motivate all team members.
HSE
  • Maintain HSE policy and procedure awareness among all team members accordingly.
Communication Scope
  • Internal: President Director, Sales Engineers, Sales Coordinator, Accounts, IT, Sales & Admin staff, Maintenance and Stores Departments.
  • External: Customers, couriers, and suppliers.
Job Boundaries & Decision-Making Authority
  • The job holder is responsible for their scope of work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or equivalent.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
Preferred Experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.

  • Excellent computer knowledge and writing skills.

Competencies
