Bayut Sales Director

Pak Gulf Tec Ni Test & Training Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of real estate sales agents and building a strong sales team including buyer's agents and showing assistants.
You will mentor the real estate team to success by managing the agents, motivating and training them to put their clients first and win leads.
The role involves handling a wide range of tasks related to managing the sales team, including scheduling appointments with clients, providing feedback after meetings, and ensuring that the sales team has everything they need to do their jobs well.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching on sales techniques, products, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Plan and direct sales team training.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Set individual and monthly sales targets for the sales teams (for new and existing business and hunters – for new business).
- Achieve the monthly sales targets by delivering sales from both personal and group accounts.
- Generate leads and prospects to meet the parameters for quarterly sales production review.
- Assist the Sales Manager with recruiting, developing, and training new sellers.
- Conduct site viewings/trippings on a regular basis.
- Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting.
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
- Control expenses and monitor budgets.
- Monitor team performance and motivate them to achieve team and individual targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the real estate field.
- Valid KSA license required.
- Strong knowledge of the local market.
- Strong knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a strong ability to influence and interact at all levels, using both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in and lead a project team with a wide variety of individuals.
