About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Justlife. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic growth in the KSA market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to drive key operational metrics, including fail rate, appointment fulfillment, and utilization.
  • Supply and Booking Management: Oversee and optimize the management of supply and bookings to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic direction of the KSA market, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage team members, providing guidance and support. Direct reporting to Co-founder with dotted line reports to functional leaders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including Customer Experience (CX), Business Development (BD), Marketing, and occasionally Product to ensure a cohesive operational strategy.

Requirements

  • Tech Startup Experience: Proven experience working in a tech startup environment, particularly in on-demand services, e-commerce, or mobility sectors.
  • Industry Experience: Industry experience is highly valued, and startup experience is a strong plus.
  • KSA Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the KSA market and Arabic language.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in supporting C-level executives or senior management.
  • Communication Skills: Impeccable communication skills to bridge gaps between teams, align efforts and inspire action at all levels.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in operations management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism: Excellent at solving complex problems, proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
  • Team Management: Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively.
  • Work Ethic: Humble and hands-on approach to management.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Professionalism: A high degree of professionalism, reliable with a strong work ethic.
