Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to support our team at Parsons. As a key member of our Projects Management Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective coordination of departmental plans and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance and office support to ensure seamless operations within the Projects Management Department.
  • Interface with other department Section Managers and stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, government agencies, consultants, and investors.
  • Supervise project coordinators and assign tasks to internal teams, ensuring schedule management and coordination.
  • Analyze departmental risks and opportunities, and work closely with team members to prepare action plans.
  • Perform various coordinating tasks, including maintaining department documentation, filing, photocopying, and distributing documents.
  • Act as a point of contact and coordinate departmental telephone calls, and prepare statistical work-related reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, document control, administration, and support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
