**Job Overview:**

LAWAZEM is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers. **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Assist the sales team in prospecting activities to generate new leads and identify potential customers.
  • Qualify leads through research and engaging in conversations to understand their needs.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and incoming inquiries.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and target market to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and prioritize outreach efforts.
  • Research and build prospect lists using various sources and tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Support the team in meeting or exceeding assigned targets for qualified leads.
**Requirements:**
  • Fresh graduate or less than one year of experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
