Fitness Industry Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Fitness Industry Account Executive to join our team at Befit Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets as set by management to achieve monthly and annual customer-wise and brand-wise sales targets.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for our product/services.
- Conduct phone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers to achieve sales targets.
- Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Develop clear and accurate forecast plans to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Coordinate sales efforts with sales management, accounting, logistics, and finance department to efficiently conduct sales and collection functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in the fitness industry is mandatory.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
