About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Subscription Renewal Representative to join our team, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business success.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven sales performance, with a strong focus on renewal and upsell opportunities. They will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert guidance on Informatica's products and services, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  1. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS THAT MEET THOSE NEEDS.
  2. MANAGE CONTRACT RENEWAL INITIATIVES TO ENSURE TIMELY COMPLETION AND MAXIMIZE UPSELL OPPORTUNITIES.
  3. MONITOR AND REPORT ON SALES PERFORMANCE, IDENTIFYING AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPING ACTION PLANS TO ADDRESS THESE AREAS.
Requirements
  1. 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN RENEWALS, CUSTOMER SERVICE, SALES, ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT OR EQUIVALENT CUSTOMER-FACING ROLE.
  2. A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF MEETING OR EXCEEDING SALES TARGETS, WITH A FOCUS ON RENEWAL AND UPSPELL OPPORTUNITIES.
  3. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
