Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Direct supervision and management of diverse stakeholders and facility service providers across commercial and public sectors.
  • Project Management: Leading the project team to ensure successful delivery of projects within established timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Capacity Building: Drive continuous improvement and capacity building within Saudi Arabia, and other relevant regions, to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strategic Leadership: Providing strategic leadership and guidance for the successful execution of international programs in accordance with governmental and semi-governmental regulations and requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensuring high standards of health & safety, security, and environmental compliance across all projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with relevant authorities and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or science from a Ministry-accredited university.
  • Experience: Minimum 25 years of experience in international programs for governmental/semi-governmental entities with a track record as a project manager.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Global Experience: Extensive global experience, ideally in the Middle East/Kingdom region (Saudi Arabia).
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven history of managing diverse stakeholders and facility service providers across commercial and public sectors.
  • Capacity Building: Success in driving continuous improvement and capacity building, particularly within Saudi Arabia.
