About the OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned sales executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent chance to take on new challenges, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with virtual account teams to build tailored strategies that drive balanced growth, continued account penetration, and customer satisfaction.
- Forecasting: Accurately forecast short and long-term growth plans, aligning with business objectives.
- Executive Partnerships: Establish long-term strategic partnerships at the executive level, ensuring key stakeholders understand Avaya solutions.
- Client Engagement: Provide exceptional support and guidance to customers, introducing specialists and/or partners as needed.
- Strategic Planning: Conduct comprehensive strategic account planning to enhance the sales pipeline, accelerate revenue generation, and improve the customer buying experience.
- Sales Targets: Consistently hit or exceed annual sales targets, driving revenue growth and business success.
- +/- 10 years of executive-level enterprise UCaaS or CCaaS sales experience.
- Saudi National with preference for location in Riyadh.
- Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts with a history of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Avaya products and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Ability to lead virtual teams and collaborate effectively.
- Strategic thinker with strong planning and forecasting abilities.
