About the Role:
Fendi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Ambassador to join our team. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing an elevated and luxurious customer journey to each client through Brand DNA Discovery, building loyalty, and recruiting new clients to achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Performance: Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Upsell and Cross-Sell: Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling for all product categories to increase average transaction value and customer loyalty.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Grant an outstanding service to clients in compliance with company guidelines, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
- Customer Relations: Strengthen customer relations, nurture a loyal Fendi customer base, and implement appropriate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to drive retention and loyalty.
- Quality Management: Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations by offering professionalism and a human touch, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Operational Efficiency: Correctly operate the retail IT system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input to ensure accurate and efficient store operations.
- Store Operations Support: Support store operations activities to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years' experience in Fashion/Luxury sales, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Skills: Passion for retail and fashion trends, excellent communication skills, self-reliance, friendliness, and patience, with a strong focus on organization, professionalism, and self-confidence.
- Language: Fluent English, with additional languages a plus.
