We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant To Partner to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing various aspects of our business, including office operations, calendar and meeting coordination, IT and asset management, employee onboarding and offboarding, business and project support, and recruitment and legal support.
Key Responsibilities:
Office & Administrative Management- Ensure the maintenance of office operations, supplies, and facility upkeep to maintain a productive work environment.
- Oversee logistics, meeting arrangements, and consultant stays to guarantee seamless execution.
- Manage the Partner's schedule, meeting requests, and agendas to optimize productivity.
- Prioritize key engagements for effective time management and maximum impact.
- Oversee office IT infrastructure, user support, and data security to protect sensitive information.
- Track and manage company assets to ensure accountability and efficiency.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and subcontractors to streamline integration and separation.
- Manage agreements, compliance, and payroll coordination to ensure seamless transitions.
- Track client leads, support business development, and coordinate projects to drive growth and success.
- Liaise with banks for optimal international transfers to facilitate financial transactions.
- Manage candidate pipelines, conduct assessments, and oversee hiring to find top talent.
- Handle legal agreements and liaise with law firms for contract reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Must have a transferable Iqama.
