About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Nova M Hotel. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales office and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including preparing and typing sales team offer letters, updating the sales database system, and ensuring it is reviewed and properly checked before handing it for signature.
  2. Correspondence Management: Compose letters, memos, faxes, and other mail on behalf of the Director of Sales and other executives, maintaining a prompt and accurate follow-up and trace system for all correspondences.
  3. Guest Inquiries: Handle all incoming calls and guest inquiries in the absence of the sales team, channeling them to the concerned if immediate action is required.
  4. Reporting and Compliance: Ensure that the sales month-end report is accomplished and submitted on time, and that all correspondence and offers related to the sales team go out within a maximum of 24 hours.
  5. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is in proper working order and cultivate care for all equipment used.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college diploma and relevant previous work experience.
  • Good computer skills and a perfect command of English.
  • Any additional language skills will be an asset.
