Sales Support Coordinator

Job OverviewThe Sales Support Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity of sales representatives by providing support with tasks related to order processing. Additionally, they will ensure that there is always a sufficient inventory of sales materials and supplies available for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Adherence to Company Policies
- Ensure adherence to all Zahrawi Group policies and procedures as applicable.
- Team Support
- Support and assist fellow team members and departments as needed to meet company and department goals.
- Order Processing
- Prepare customer quotations.
- Prepare sales order checklists.
- Inventory Management
- Ensure a sufficient inventory of sales materials and supplies.
- Documentation
- Maintain follow-up sheets for orders placed.
- Maintain records for all open sales orders until they are fully approved.
- Database Management
- Process item creation on the system.
- Maintain a database of quotations, tenders, and other documentations in the company shared drive for easy reference.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Job-Specific Skills: Excellent communication skills, good MS Office skills (Excel), time management skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Additional Details: The ideal candidate should be a Saudi national and based in Riyadh.
