Job Overview

The Sales Support Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity of sales representatives by providing support with tasks related to order processing. Additionally, they will ensure that there is always a sufficient inventory of sales materials and supplies available for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adherence to Company Policies
    • Ensure adherence to all Zahrawi Group policies and procedures as applicable.
  • Team Support
    • Support and assist fellow team members and departments as needed to meet company and department goals.
  • Order Processing
    • Prepare customer quotations.
    • Prepare sales order checklists.
  • Inventory Management
    • Ensure a sufficient inventory of sales materials and supplies.
  • Documentation
    • Maintain follow-up sheets for orders placed.
    • Maintain records for all open sales orders until they are fully approved.
  • Database Management
    • Process item creation on the system.
    • Maintain a database of quotations, tenders, and other documentations in the company shared drive for easy reference.
Requirements
  • Experience: Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Job-Specific Skills: Excellent communication skills, good MS Office skills (Excel), time management skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Additional Details: The ideal candidate should be a Saudi national and based in Riyadh.
