About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Process Coordinator to join our team at Carrier Corp. In this role, you will play a critical part in establishing a smooth flow of business processes within our Climate Controls & Security Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transaction Management: Handle SAP & CRM transactions for order management, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  2. Financial Coordination: Collaborate with Finance/Accounts to plan and execute projects, including budgeting, procurement, and delivery processes.
  3. Project Execution: Support the project execution team with procurement, delivery, and payment processes, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  4. Invoice Preparation: Prepare invoices for ongoing projects and facilitate submission to customers, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  5. Payment Collection: Support the team in payment collection, purchase requisition, and other related tasks.
  6. Vendor Management: Handle interim payment applications and GRNs for vendors/subcontractors, ensuring timely payment and compliance.
  7. Project Closure: Provide support to the operation team in project handover and closing in the books, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
  8. Document Management: Organize project and contract documents, ensuring easy access and compliance.
  9. Reporting: Prepare internal reports, including labor utilization, revenue backlogs, unbilled, warranty, and account receivable, on a monthly basis.
  10. Support Functions: Support the sales and projects team in preparing monthly forecasts, timesheets entry, leave management, travel approvals, vehicle leasing, and other related tasks.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree
  2. Work Experience: Work experience with sales and operations teams
  3. Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP systems/CRM and MS Office
  4. Industry Knowledge: 4-5 years of relevant experience in the HVAC controls/BMS products/chiller plant market
  5. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
