RapidData Technologies is a leading provider of innovative software solutions in the Saudi market. We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our software offerings.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, account management, and business development within the IT industry. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and establishing strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand RapidData Technologies' software solutions in the Saudi market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and industry influencers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in IT software sales and business development in Saudi Arabia.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT solutions, enterprise software, cloud computing, SaaS, and emerging technologies.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close contracts.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
