About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Lead to join our Business Growth team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Client Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and execute client strategies in collaboration with Regional/Country Directors, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project goals.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Build robust project plans to anticipate deadlines, risks, and deliver successful outcomes, ensuring account teams are aligned with client objectives.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status and challenges, and addressing client requests promptly.
  • Proposal Development and Presentation: Craft comprehensive, end-to-end proposals that meet client needs and organizational objectives, and lead client meetings to identify opportunities and present tailored solutions.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and manage project teams, setting SMART objectives and delegating tasks, and provide coaching and development for junior team members, enhancing their skills and career growth.
  • Process Improvement and Innovation: Drive continuous improvement in team organization and processes, implementing feedback and conducting retrospectives, and proactively anticipate and resolve internal issues with the support of HR and other resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of agency experience in client management, project management, or a similar role.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to develop and manage high-performing teams, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct autonomous analyses, and experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Adaptability and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, and adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
