Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of contracts, including cost monitoring and control, to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and review tender documents, including bidding documents for procurement of consultancies.
  • Conduct cost control activities, including preparation and technical checking of cost estimates, cost plans, and cost analysis.
  • Monitor tender exercises and review tender documents and reports for compliance with our requirements.
  • Administer post-contract activities, including payment valuation and cost estimates of variation works.
  • Conduct final account vetting and assemble project cost data for budget preparation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-graduation experience in quantity surveying practice, particularly in tender documentation, contract management, estimation, cost planning, and control.
  • Professional qualification of MHKIS (QS) or equivalent is preferred.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of pre and post-contract quantity surveying professional practices.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills.
  • Good understanding of the current construction industry and property market.
