Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR and management.
  • Guarantee adherence to Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
  • Identify and leverage diverse channels to attract top talent, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews with candidates, both over the phone and in-person.
  • Make informed hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Draft and negotiate employment contracts with selected candidates.
  • Analyze exit survey data to pinpoint areas for improvement, and develop initiatives to reduce employee turnover.
  • Coordinate the visa application process for foreign hires, ensuring timely entry into Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment processes.
  • Expertise in Saudi Arabia's labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Leadership experience, including team management and motivation.
  • Familiarity with government procedures and protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken). Arabic language skills are also beneficial.
