About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Leader to join our team and help us achieve our goals. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising real estate sales agents and building a strong sales team including buyer's agents and showing assistants. You will mentor the real estate team to success by managing the agents, motivating and training them to put their clients first and win leads.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Plan and direct sales team training.
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Set individual and monthly sales targets for the sales teams (for new and existing business).
  • Work on sales scripts with agents.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by delivering sales from both personal and group accounts.
  • Generate leads and prospects to meet quarterly sales production review parameters.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with recruiting, developing, and training new sellers.
  • Conduct site viewings regularly.
  • Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting.
  • Ensure team members have the necessary resources to perform effectively.
  • Control expenses and monitor budgets.
  • Monitor team performance and motivate them to achieve team and individual targets.
  • Track and maintain records of team sales, payments, and account reviews.
  • Source feedback to marketing, operations, and tech teams for enhancing product effectiveness and addressing client concerns.
  • Collect customer feedback and market research for internal analysis and follow-ups.
  • Verify agency data/numbers in the respective area to analyze growth opportunities and determine recruiting needs.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base through effective team management.
  • Keep track of agency pools and verify agency data in their area.
  • Source feedback for effective planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the real estate field.
  • Valid KSA license required.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market.
  • Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with the ability to influence and interact at all levels.
  • Ability to work in and lead a project team with diverse individuals.
