Sales Manager

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and set performance goals for the team. - Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure accountability.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to achieve team success. - Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address client needs and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop long-term partnerships with customers to encourage repeat business. - Sales Operations and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and present insights to senior management.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
