Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Director will lead the expansion of our Lighting products into the KSA market. This role is responsible for driving growth and increasing market share internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure its competitiveness in the market.
  • Set sales targets, compare them to performance, and adjust targets as needed.
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Utilize technical knowledge of lighting products and their applications to drive sales.
  • Negotiate with customers to secure sales agreements.
  • Apply strategic and analytical thinking to solve complex problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, with specific expertise in the lighting products sector in KSA.
  • Experience in lighting project sales.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Technical knowledge of lighting products and their applications.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
