We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and drive business expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer portfolio, build relationships with key clients, and generate new sales leads.
- Review all major deliverables (e.g., strategic briefs, functional specs, technical specs) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are consistently met.
- Collaborate closely with the Project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status and identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
- Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to align product improvements with market needs and customer feedback.
- Provide regular, two-way communication between clients and the team to ensure strong team representation and proper client expectations are set and met.
- Support the continued expansion of our customer base in the region and neighboring countries through effective after-sales customer account management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making and improve sales processes.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Telecommunication, Computer, Electric or Electronic Engineering fields.
- MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or relevant industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills with a motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent attitude.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Fluency in written and verbal English is a must.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- High level of business acumen with an understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- International sales experience is a plus.
