We are seeking a talented Field Operations Associate to join our team in Riyadh. As a key member, you will coordinate and manage various field activities to support our operational objectives. Your role involves overseeing on-site operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and optimizing efficiency in the field.

Main Tasks:

  • Coordinate and schedule field activities, guaranteeing timely execution of tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between field tasks and the team, facilitating communication and information flow.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Manage inventory and equipment at field locations, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals for smooth operation.
  • Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during field operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Saudi national based in Riyadh.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in field operations, maintenance, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services is an asset.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor.
  • The flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Your own car and a driving license.
