Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. As a key player in driving revenue growth, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and presenting our solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the challenges and requirements of prospective clients.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Shipsy's solutions and demonstrate how they address specific pain points and deliver tangible benefits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contract negotiations to close sales deals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven 3+ years of track record of success in inside sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic Language.
  • Prior experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related industries is advantageous.
