Job Summary:

Minnovation International is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service a portfolio of existing customer accounts to maximize revenue generation.
  • Develop new clients in the carrier telecom market in the Middle East by selling products and services.
  • Accomplish sales and margin targets by selling products and services such as dark fiber, subsea cables, and telecom connectivity solutions.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with direct decision makers of clients.
  • Coordinate the execution of orders and ensure delivery with high quality and good service to satisfy clients.
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to organize sales projects.
  • Fulfill all working targets, including sales targets set by the team leader.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Strong telecom sales experience and presale or project management skill.
  • Knowledge of telecom products and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Overall logical and strategic thinking mind, self-motivated worker as well as team player.
