About the Position

Rayah Law Firm is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving and screening incoming calls and emails, determining priorities, and performing project-based work as assigned. You will also be working closely with Team Executives and other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
  • Performing project-based work as assigned.
  • Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
  • Providing other organisational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of our team. You should have at least 1 year experience within an Admin Assistant or Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant role, ideally within the Professional Services and Not for Profit industry. Additionally, you should possess good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and be a strong networker & relationship builder. As a team player, you should be able to manage multiple stakeholders and build high-performing teams.
