Administrative Coordinator

Mackenzie Jones is a leading global Built Asset Consultancy working across various market sectors. We are currently seeking a Saudi National Personal Assistant to support the corporate office of the GM.
The role entails complex, dynamic tasks demanding high standards. It is a busy position requiring adaptability, flexibility, and proactivity. Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining efficient office systems, including data management and filing.
- Arranging travel, visas, and accommodation for senior personnel.
- Screens phone calls, enquiries, and requests, handling calls when necessary.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Organizing and maintaining the Business Leader's diary and scheduling appointments on their behalf.
- Managing incoming email, faxes, and post.
- Taking dictation and minutes.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, strategic, and proactive individual who is a strong team player. They should possess resourcefulness, offer creative solutions, and manage day-to-day operations within the GM's office. Proficiency in advanced MS Office skills and open communication, along with a polished and professional approach, is required.
To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a high school diploma and have at least two years of administrative/PA support experience. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Arabic and English are essential.
