Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Maintain Plans: Collaborate with the Planning Manager to develop, update, and implement plans, procedures, standards, and systems for all planning, scheduling, and reporting related tasks.
  2. Coordinate with Project Teams: Work closely with project teams and supervision consultants to ensure that project work breakdown structures are maintained in all projects.
  3. Establish Baseline Schedules: Coordinate with project teams and supervision consultants to establish project baseline schedules and progress measurement systems consistently throughout the projects in the program.
  4. Prepare Management Reports: Ensure that management reports are properly prepared and accurately reflect the actual and forecast position of projects.
  5. Develop Integrated Program Master Schedule: Develop, update, and maintain integrated program master schedules.
  6. Analyze and Report on Schedules: Analyze and report on consultant's and consultant's schedules and monthly and weekly reports.
  7. Ensure Compliance: Ensure that approved baseline schedules are followed by all entities involved and that projects complete within the budgeted time and cost.
  8. Monitor Progress: Effectively monitor and analyze progress, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
  9. Identify Potential Issues: Identify potential grey areas and warning signals to project teams.
  10. Prepare Reports for Senior Management: Prepare reports to senior management within Egis pertaining to schedule to monitor and measure the performance of the supervision consultant's planning team in properly ensuring the planning aspects of projects.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in mega infrastructure projects.
  3. Skills: Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office. Strong understanding of planning and scheduling for infrastructure projects. Familiarity with the latest planning tools and techniques.
