Haven Scientific is a leading manufacturer of genomics testing kits in Saudi Arabia. Our company has a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a talented Sales Supervisor to join our team and help us achieve our goals. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for growing our market share and ensuring that each department meets the needs of our clients and customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage Product Knowledge: Learn about the technical aspects of our products/services and understand their benefits and features.
  2. Conduct Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
  3. Engage with Potential Customers: Make outbound calls, send emails, and use other communication channels to engage with potential customers upon request from the sales manager.
  4. Schedule Appointments: Assist in scheduling appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  5. Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
  6. Prepare Sales Presentations: Assist in preparing sales presentations and materials for client meetings.
  7. Maintain Customer Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  8. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  9. Stay Updated: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to contribute to sales strategies.
  10. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  11. Travel: Regular travel to visit clients in major cities and remote areas.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences is required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in vitro diagnostic sales is preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular), understanding sales performance metrics, good writing skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time, business acumen with a problem-solving attitude, ability to handle non-foreseen issues and deviations, ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines, excellent data collection, management, and analysis skills.
