The Business Development Associate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and customer success initiatives. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  4. Assist in creating and maintaining customer support documentation and FAQs.
  5. Monitor customer health metrics and flag potential issues to Senior Account Managers.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
