Role Responsibilities
  • Handle customer-initiated leads via various online channels
  • Qualify leads before assigning them to salespersons
  • Support sales teams in value discovery meetings and prepare necessary materials
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM data for sales funnel, customers, and opportunities
  • Provide administrative support to salespersons, including tasks related to tenders, orders, equipment, and customer inquiries
  • Assist in organizing customer visits, tasks, and events
  • Prepare sales reports and summaries as requested by Sales Managers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in administration, preferably in sales organizations
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • This role is open to Saudi nationals only
