About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Revenue Development Manager to join our team at White Space. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and be able to drive business growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Market Research and Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  4. Sales Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring deals are signed and relationships are nurtured.
  5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  2. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  5. Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
