  • Pitch and win new office instructions and act on behalf of retailers looking to expand.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, rents, and incentives to provide expert advice to clients and inform business decisions.
  • Manage a team of agents, ensuring their targets are met and queries are addressed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, occupiers, and industry partners.
  • Strong understanding of the retail and office market, including current rents, trends, and incentives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Certifications and Licenses: MRICS or on APC pathway desirable.
  • Language skills: Fluency in English and Arabic.
