Job Summary:

The Customer Service Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing customer service agents during rotating shifts, providing business guidance and standard processes to agents, acting as the point of contact for urgent cases, and identifying operational or process issues with agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor customer service agents during rotating shifts.
  2. Provide business guidance and standard processes to agents.
  3. Act as the point of contact for urgent cases.
  4. Identify operational or process issues with agents.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service within the relevant industry.
  • Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills, including crisis response and handling.
  • Strong teamwork spirit, excellent team building and management skills.
  • Good work foresight, excellent service insight, and professional dedication.
