We are looking for a skilled Customer Experience Manager to oversee the front desk operations at Stella Stays Inc. in Riyadh.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct regular checks to ensure properties are ready for guests.
  2. Manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
  3. Supervise maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure efficient scheduling.
  4. Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks to minimize disruptions.
  5. Compile reports on property performance and guest feedback.
  6. Guarantee adherence to quality assurance protocols.
  7. Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  8. Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  9. Ensure sensitive information remains confidential.
  10. Welcome guests, clients, and business partners.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. Honors degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  2. Previous experience in Operations and Front Desk management.
  3. Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Familiarity with property management software.
