Key Responsibilities

  • Custom Management
    • Actively monitor delivery, return, scrap, and partner engagement processes to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with UAE customs authorities to ensure proactive communication and compliance.
  • Warehouse Operations
    • Oversee 1P delivery operations from UAE warehouses to GCC customers, ensuring efficiency and timely execution.
    • Conduct regular partner visits to gather insights, improve performance, and plan allocation strategies.
  • Last-Mile Delivery
    • Coordinate 3P delivery operations from UAE-based merchants, ensuring seamless logistics and high customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor key metrics like returns, backlog, and lead times, taking proactive action to prevent issues and maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and at least 3 years of experience with UAE and KSA delivery industry (especially 3PL companies).
  • Familiarity with customs clearance and brokerage processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
