Main Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the leasing team, including tracking critical dates, generating reports, and updating records.
  • Contract Management: Managing lease contracts, including reviewing, updating, and renewing contracts as needed.
  • Tenant Communication: Communicating with tenants, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in leasing administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
