Residential Leasing and Marketing Professional

Savills Middle East seeks a Residential Leasing and Marketing Manager to drive occupancy rates in our residential compound. The successful candidate will develop and execute dynamic marketing initiatives, conceptualize captivating events, and engage the ideal audience to elevate visibility and interest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a comprehensive marketing strategy targeting businesses who could benefit from employees being located near airports and business districts.
  • Cold call and target agreed companies, initiate meetings with leasing representatives, and negotiate B2B contracts.
  • Screen and qualify potential tenants, conduct site viewings, and lease compound units ranging from 1 bed apartments to 5 bed villas.
  • Manage the leasing function, lead staff within the department, and maintain working knowledge of the property/compound market in Saudi Arabia.
  • Portray compound amenities positively, use various methods to advertise, generate leads, and maintain maximum occupancy through social media management.

Events Management:

  • Plan annual events, coordinate vendors, and support event setup.
  • Manage registration and check-in processes via an application.
  • Coordinate logistics with the wider team, assist with event marketing and promotion, and maintain event schedules.
  • Provide on-site support during events, collect feedback, and conduct post-event evaluations.

Customer Service/Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with the leasing officer to shape the customer experience approach for residential occupiers.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with residents, encourage frequent communication, and share relevant leasing information.
  • Engage with the Savills property team to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with the site team across the compound, encouraging open communication and sharing leasing and marketing information.

Force For Good:

  • Promote and implement ESG initiatives across the compound, driving policy adoption and adherence.
  • Contribute to and suggest ESG initiatives, staying aware of new opportunities to improve performance.
  • Raise awareness among occupiers about ESG work on the compound and promote initiatives where possible.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experienced in residential property leasing.
  • Experience in C2C and B2B environments.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Interest in sustainability and ESG initiatives.
  • Experience working with financial targets.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills.
  • Tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to deliver results.
  • Professional approach with a strong work ethic.
