Key Responsibilities:

  7. Develop long-term development strategies for product categories, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  8. Create exit strategies for unsuccessful products, minimizing losses and maximizing returns.
  9. Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services, driving value for the business.
  10. Determine positioning of a product category to maximize visibility, driving sales and revenue growth.
  11. Monitor price and competition, staying ahead of market trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
  12. Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories, identifying new opportunities for growth.
Knowledge & Skills:
  1. Prefers e-commerce working experience or retail industry experience, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
  2. Strong organizational and structural skills, with knowledge in financial acumen and ability to analyze data.
  3. High level of commitment and time management proficiency, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Strong analytical skills, comfortable dealing with numerical data and having a strong attention to detail.
  5. Ability to dig into detail, manage complexity, and drive decision-making, making informed strategic decisions.
