Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and professional attitude, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, respond to their queries, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers.
- Achieve established goals and objectives.
- DIRECT customers to merchandise within the store.
- Enhance in-store sales by promoting products and offering personalized solutions.
- Maintain superior product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new arrivals and promotions.
- Ensure the sales floor and surrounding areas are well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Introduce special offers and opportunities to customers.
Requirements
- Student status.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours
6 working hours, 5 days a week.
