Job Summary:

The Driver Operations Manager role involves overseeing the growth and optimization of our driver supply in KSA. Main Responsibilities:
  • Driver Recruitment: Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain top talent for our driver network.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with driver-partners, fostering a sense of community and encouraging their growth within the network.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators to ensure our operations are meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Leadership Development: Mentor and train a team of driver operations leads and associates to prepare them for future leadership roles.
  • Innovation: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder with at least 6 years of operational/leadership experience in logistics or e-commerce fulfillment.
  • Proven track record in managing teams with at least 3 direct reports; experience leading multiple functions/verticals is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with mobile and web technologies.
  • Excellent business acumen, positive attitude, and strong leadership skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Arabic.
