  8. Maintain accurate records of sales targets and market potential.
  9. Collaborate with the FL repair sales manager to ensure the correct offerings and value propositions are available.
  10. Coach and develop the competences of the maintenance operations team.
  11. Work closely with customers to identify opportunities to improve their experience.
  12. Train team members to adopt a customer-centric approach.
  13. Ensure customer experience acceleration touchpoints are followed throughout the maintenance contract lifecycle.
