  3. Expertise in drilling fluids, chemical sampling, high-pressure high-temperature testing, and mud-engineering, with a strong understanding of laboratory working environments and safety protocols.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive insights.
  5. Experience with laboratory experiments and data analysis, with a strong understanding of relevant software tools for petroleum research and analysis.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  8. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive projects forward and deliver results.
