Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business growth in Saudi Arabia
  • Manage a diverse team of sales professionals to drive results-oriented sales performance
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with key clients, including Saudi Aramco

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in account management and sales leadership
  • Proven track record in the Security industry, with a focus on KSA business and political challenges and opportunities
  • Mandatory experience in managing ARAMCO account and driving sales growth
  • Fluent Arabic language skills
