Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. You should possess strong leadership and negotiation skills, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent market knowledge, and client management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics is also essential.
