  • This position requires providing concise and practical legal advice to all departments as and when required.
  • The Corporate Counsel Lead will develop and oversee systems that ensure compliance with applicable codes, legal, and statutory requirements.
  • Undertaking legal negotiations as required with our business partners, contractors, and consultants is also a responsibility.
  • This position includes managing the outsourcing of legal advice and assistance as required from time to time.
  • Conducting litigation and arbitration work as needed is also a key aspect of this role.
  • Maintaining knowledge of relevant legal frameworks and advising Qataryello accordingly is essential.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university, LLM preferred.
    • Licensed to practice Law in Saudi Arabia.
    • At least 12 years of experience working in a similar industry.
    • Bilingual English & Arabic.
