Key Responsibilities
  1. Departmental Reporting: Ensure that departmental reports accurately reflect the current state of assets and inform strategic decisions.
  2. Policies Development: Collaborate on developing and reviewing policies, procedures, and standards to support effective asset management.
  3. EAM System Oversight: Lead the cleansing, consolidation, and management of the EAM system and related systems across the organization.
  4. Asset Activity Management: Oversee the management, monitoring, and control of all asset-related activities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Project Assignments: Take on special projects and assignments as required by the department or organization.
  6. Process Innovation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across various departments to enhance overall performance.
  7. Proposal Review: Review and provide feedback on improvement proposals and investment ideas.
  8. Compliance Assistance: Support the department in maintaining compliance with QMS (ISO 9001:2000) and EMS (ISO 14001:2004) standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in asset management principles and practices.
  • 8-12 years of experience in asset management and related fields.
