Giga Project Procurement Manager

**Responsibilities:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement activities for a Giga Project in Saudi Arabia. This includes developing and executing procurement strategies, identifying and evaluating suppliers, and managing contracts and vendors.

They will also be responsible for working closely with engineering, planning, and cost control teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and budget forecasts. Additionally, they will need to ensure compliance with Saudi procurement laws, local authority regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience – Minimum 3 years in procurement. Experience on mega/giga construction projects will be an added advantage.
  • Industry Knowledge – Strong background in construction, infrastructure, or real estate development.
  • Process Expertise – Familiar with FIDIC contracts, vendor qualification procedures, and international procurement standards.
  • Tools & Systems – Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), Microsoft Excel, and procurement tracking platforms.
  • Commercial Acumen – Excellent negotiation, cost analysis, and contract management skills.
  • Communication – Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Strong reporting and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Education – Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain; CIPS or PMP certification preferred.
